Which cargo transit mode do you want us to use? - air freight, sea freight or road freight? Well, the main considerations are always urgency, destination and budget.
Air Freight
Air freight is by far the fastest and most convenient - but costs rather more than the other modes. We charge with respect to weight of your order.

Sea Freight
Sea freight is the cost-effective way to send your consignment. However, in comparison with air freight it is somewhat slow - so be sure to expect longer time for delivery. Our carriers are the most reputable and reliable, offering regular sailings to numerous destinations worldwide.
We guarantee security of you order on transit. Your consignments will travel in a strong, sealed shipping container, and can be covered throughout the journey by a comprehensive Shipment Protection policy.

Road Freight
For European destinations ONLY.
With regular deliveries to over 74 European hubs using a reliable network of 39 independent partners in 30 European countries, road freight is a fast, flexible and reliable way to transport your goods.
All of our road freight consignments are closely managed from booking to delivery via our sophisticated IT systems like online tracking system so you can be sure that your order will be delivered safely.

Shipping and Charges
Shipment
The shipment of our products is normally made by international transport companies via the above modes. Bigger volumes are shipped by a forwarding agency.
Costs for shipments
Charges are placed based on net weight and respective destination distances. we deliver free of charge within Ukraine irrespective of distance.
For retailers we have separate conditions that are available on request. If you wish to receive the retailer conditions please contact us.
Important information
In all cases our General Terms and Conditions are valid. Accordingly you have especially the right to revoke your order within two weeks after receipt of goods in writing or by returning the goods. There is no need to justify your revocation. The deadline is met by returning the goods within one month. All damages during transit are taken care of by our insurer. As we always buy freight insurance policy.
